Catherine Spangler, RN, BSN, CHS-C is a hospice executive and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, and post-acute healthcare leadership. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Sales at Hospi Corporation, where she leads national clinical strategy, education, and implementation initiatives across hospice organizations.
Throughout her career, Catherine has held executive leadership roles overseeing multi-site hospice operations, compliance, quality, reimbursement, and growth, as well as consulting roles focused on regulatory readiness and operational improvement. As a former hospice founder and executive leader, she brings practical expertise in translating regulatory changes into actionable strategies that support quality outcomes, compliance, and financial sustainability.
